Billing clarity
Last updated: 21 May 2026. Subscription payments for MauzoSync are collected by Pebble Softwares through our payment partner Paddle. This policy explains refunds, cancellations, and account credit. It works together with our Terms of Service and Paddle Buyer Terms.
MauzoSync is a software product owned and operated by Pebble Softwares.
Throughout this Refund Policy, "MauzoSync", "we", "our", and "us" refer to Pebble Softwares in its capacity as provider of the MauzoSync platform, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
MauzoSync is a subscription-based SaaS product owned and operated by Pebble Softwares. Your payments are for access to software—tools to manage your safari or DMC business—not for travel services, tours, or traveller bookings. Pebble Softwares does not sell trips or act as your travel agent.
Subscription fees are paid to Pebble Softwares via Paddle (they may appear on your statement or invoice under the MauzoSync product name). This policy applies to those fees. It does not govern refunds for third-party services (for example banks, suppliers, or travel services you pay outside MauzoSync).
Where local consumer protection laws give you mandatory rights that cannot be waived, those rights apply in addition to this policy. Nothing here limits non-waivable statutory rights in your country.
In line with Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, you may be entitled to a full refund within 14 calendar days of the relevant transaction date, including where applicable:
There are no exceptions to these minimum 14-day refund rights where the law or Paddle’s buyer terms require them. To request a refund within this period, contact us using the details in Contact below (or use the “Manage subscription” / receipt link in your Paddle confirmation email).
Important: If, at checkout, you agreed that the Service could be made available immediately and you began using MauzoSync during the 14-day period, your statutory withdrawal right may be limited as permitted by law (for example in the EU/UK for digital content that has been accessed). That does not remove your right to a refund where the law still requires it (such as a mistaken duplicate charge or a material defect).
If you subscribed by mistake (for example wrong plan, accidental checkout, or duplicate payment for the same period), contact us within 14 days of the charge. We will process eligible mistaken-purchase refunds in line with this policy and Paddle’s refund procedures.
Please include your company name, account email, and invoice or transaction reference. If approved, refunds are generally returned to the original payment method within the timeframe Paddle and your bank allow.
For requests that fall outside mandatory 14-day refund rights—or where you prefer credit instead of a cash refund—we may offer MauzoSync account credit instead of a monetary refund, at our reasonable discretion:
Examples where we may offer tokens (instead of or in addition to other remedies) include change-of-mind after the 14-day window, partial-period goodwill adjustments, or billing disputes resolved by mutual agreement. Acceptance of token credit where a cash refund was legally available requires your explicit consent.
Except as required by law or as stated under 14-day refund rights and Mistaken purchase, subscription fees for the current billing period are generally non-refundable. This includes:
We may still issue a refund or token credit for duplicate payment, technical or billing error on our side, or other cases we approve after you contact support.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing or account options we provide (or via Paddle’s buyer portal link in your receipt). Cancellation stops renewal; it does not automatically refund the current billing period unless you are within an eligible refund window above.
Typically, you retain access to the Service until the end of the period you have already paid for, unless we state otherwise at signup or in your plan. After that, access may end in line with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
If we offer a free trial, the terms shown at signup apply. During an eligible trial, you are not charged for the Service unless you convert to a paid plan or we clearly state otherwise. If you do not cancel before the trial ends and a paid subscription begins, normal billing and this Refund Policy apply from the first charge—including any applicable 14-day withdrawal period from that first charge date.
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first at support@mauzosync.com (or via our Contact page) before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider. We will work in good faith to resolve billing issues quickly. Unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension of access.
Payments are processed by Paddle. You may also use Paddle’s buyer support at paddle.net for subscription management and refund requests related to your transaction.
