Help Build the Future of Safari Operations

We are building the platform that safari and tour operators use to run inquiry, itinerary, and operations in one place. If you care about product quality, long-term thinking, and solving real problems for real operators, we would like to hear from you.

How we work.

Culture

Product-first mindset

We prioritize building a product that operators actually rely on — not feature bloat or short-term gimmicks. Decisions are driven by user impact, clarity of workflow, and quality of experience. You will work with people who care about getting the details right and shipping things that last.

Long-term thinking

We are building for the long run. That means sustainable pace, thoughtful architecture, and investment in the areas that matter: reliability, security, and a roadmap that serves safari and tour operators for years. We avoid quick hacks that create technical or product debt.

Operator empathy

Our users run real businesses with real constraints: time zones, connectivity, and the complexity of multi-day itineraries and operations. We design and build with that context in mind. Understanding how operators work — and where they get stuck — is part of everyone's job, not just support.

Open positions.

Open Roles

Social Media Specialist

Experience: 2–4 years · B2B or travel marketing

Shape how MauzoSync shows up on social — from educational threads and short videos to LinkedIn storytelling aimed at safari operators, DMCs, and travel advisors. You will collaborate with marketing and product to turn real product truths into scroll-stopping, credible content.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience growing brand accounts on LinkedIn, Instagram, or X with measurable engagement
  • Comfort translating technical or operational features into clear, human language (no jargon walls)
  • Basic design or video sensibility — templates, reels, or light editing tools
  • Interest in travel, wildlife, or B2B SaaS; able to maintain a consistent tone of voice

Support Executive

Experience: 1–3 years · SaaS or travel operations support

Be the friendly expert operators reach when something is unclear: onboarding questions, workflow how-tos, and triaged issues that need product or engineering eyes. You will document patterns, improve help content, and make sure every conversation leaves the customer more confident in MauzoSync.

Qualifications

  • Patient, structured communication — written and live (email, chat, or short calls)
  • Experience with ticketing or CRM tools; comfortable following a clear escalation path
  • Ability to learn software quickly and explain steps without assuming prior jargon
  • Bonus: background in DMCs, lodges, or tour operations so you recognize real-world urgency

Sales Associate

Experience: 2+ years · B2B sales (travel / ops software a plus)

Guide safari and tour operators from first curiosity to a clear yes-or-no on MauzoSync. You will run discovery around inquiry volume, quoting, and handover to operations — then show how our product fits, with honest timelines and pricing. We reward consultative selling, not pressure.

Qualifications

  • Proven outbound + inbound pipeline habits; comfortable with demos and follow-up discipline
  • Can map a prospect's workflow (inquiry → proposal → booking → ops) and ask sharp questions
  • Proficiency with CRM or sales tooling; neat notes and handoffs to onboarding
  • Genuine curiosity about East / Southern Africa travel markets or operator economics
