Help Build the Future of Safari Operations

We are building the platform that safari and tour operators use to run inquiry, itinerary, and operations in one place. If you care about product quality, long-term thinking, and solving real problems for real operators, we would like to hear from you.

How we work.

Culture

Product-first mindset

We prioritize building a product that operators actually rely on — not feature bloat or short-term gimmicks. Decisions are driven by user impact, clarity of workflow, and quality of experience. You will work with people who care about getting the details right and shipping things that last.

Long-term thinking

We are building for the long run. That means sustainable pace, thoughtful architecture, and investment in the areas that matter: reliability, security, and a roadmap that serves safari and tour operators for years. We avoid quick hacks that create technical or product debt.

Operator empathy

Our users run real businesses with real constraints: time zones, connectivity, and the complexity of multi-day itineraries and operations. We design and build with that context in mind. Understanding how operators work — and where they get stuck — is part of everyone's job, not just support.

Open positions.

Open Roles

Product Designer

You will own the end-to-end design of key flows: inquiry pipeline, itinerary builder, operations views, and settings. We need someone who can turn complex workflows into clear, consistent interfaces — and who cares about accessibility, hierarchy, and the details that make daily use feel smooth. You will work closely with engineering and have real impact on how safari and tour operators experience the product. Experience with B2B or operational tools is a plus; a portfolio that shows structured thinking and user empathy is essential.

Apply

Backend Developer

You will work on the APIs, data models, and background jobs that power inquiry management, itineraries, operations, and integrations. We value clean code, sensible architecture, and reliability. You will contribute to a codebase that has to scale with multi-tenant isolation, complex pricing logic, and clear audit trails. Experience with PHP/CodeIgniter or similar stacks is helpful; experience with domain-heavy applications (CRM, operations, or travel) is a strong plus. You will collaborate with frontend and product to ship features that operators depend on every day.

Apply

Marketing Lead

You will own our go-to-market narrative, content, and demand generation for safari and tour operators and DMCs. That includes positioning, SEO, campaigns, and partnership outreach — all with a focus on authority and trust, not generic SaaS fluff. You will work with product and leadership to turn real differentiators (inquiry flow, itinerary builder, operations handover) into clear, benefit-driven messaging. Experience in B2B or travel/hospitality marketing is ideal; a track record of building pipeline through content and community is highly valued.

Apply

Customer Success Specialist

You will be the primary point of contact for operators after they sign up: onboarding, training, and ongoing success. You will help them get the most out of inquiry management, itinerary building, and operations — and you will feed their feedback and pain points back into product. We need someone who can explain complex workflows simply, who enjoys problem-solving with real users, and who cares about their success. Experience in travel, DMC, or B2B SaaS support or success is a plus; empathy and clear communication are non-negotiable.
